Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, A25 5G
Samsung has launched the Galaxy A15 and Galaxy A25 5G smartphones in India today, per schedule. The Galaxy A15 5G takes on the Realme C67 5G and Redmi 13C 5G with its Dimensity 6100 Plus chip and 50-megapixel primary camera, while the A25 5G is a more premium offering with Samsung’s Exynos 1280 at helm and optically stabilised main camera. Both phones sport the same design scheme though including a waterdrop-style notch on the front. The Galaxy A15 5G price in India starts at Rs 19,499. The Galaxy A25 5G will set you back by Rs 26,999 at the very least.

The more affordable Galaxy A15 5G comes with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with 1080+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The panel can top 800 nits. Under the hood, it uses the MediaTek Dimensity 6100 Plus chip paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. This is expandable. For photography, the A15 packs a triple rear camera setup with 50-megapixel wide, 8-megapixel ultrawide, and another 2-megapixel macro.
The Galaxy A25 5G gets you a more powerful 120Hz 1,000nits topping Super AMOLED panel and the 5-nanometre Exynos 1280 chip. It has the same triple cameras as the A15 5G, but the primary lens here is also optically stabilised. The A25 5G also packs stereo speakers that support Dolby Atmos playback natively.
Both the phones are powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging (no charger bundled in the box). Running the show is Samsung’s One UI 6.0 based on Android 14 with a promise of 4 years of major OS and 5 years of security updates. Biometrics are handled by a side-mounted physical fingerprint reader. You also get a 3.5mm audio jack in both the phones.
The Galaxy A25 5G comes in a choice of blue, blue black and yellow while the Galaxy A15 5G comes in blue, light blue and blue black.
